Dear visitors, we are glad to welcome you to the “Fee-for-service medicine” section!
Infectious Clinical Hospital №2 is a state government-financed healthcare institution (SGFHI) in Moscow. It provides specialized medical care for infectious diseases at all stages.
We are pleased to offer the delivery of health care on a contractual basis.
Upon your request, you can be provided with:
- Ambulatory care for infectious diseases;
- Inpatient care (either planned or emergency one) for infectious diseases;
- All types of laboratory tests.
Any citizen of the Russian Federation, as well as foreign citizens, can seek medical attention on a paid basis.

Your application should contain the following information:
- Full name;
- Date of birth, age;
- A short description of your problem;
- Specify the range of desired time and dates when it is convenient for you to have a doctor's appointment;
- Your contacts for feedback.
When contacting the Fee-For-Service Department, you can get the following types of services:
- Consultation of a medical specialist;
- A check-up in those cases when you have various infectious diseases or are suspected to have any of them when:
- Going abroad;
- Having viral infections;
- Having intestinal infections;
- Having erysipelas;
- Having acute respiratory diseases;
- Having sexually transmitted infections;
- Having viral hepatitis.
In order to receive treatment according to the VHI program:
Make sure that Your insurance company cooperates with the SGFHI of the city of Moscow “ICH №2 of the Moscow Health Department (MHD)”. The list of insurance companies that are partners of the SGFHI of the city of Moscow “ICH №2 of the MHD”.
Contact Your insurance company by means of a helpline that is indicated on the VHI policy to obtain a referral/letter of guarantee to the SGFHI of the city of Moscow “ICH №2 of the MHD” and agree on payment for medical services. Email for letters of guarantee: dms@ikb2.ru

Planned hospitalization and consultation of patients are carried out through the Fee-for-service Department during working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. via the phone number for making an appointment: +7 (916) 880-00-15 or e-mail: platnyereg@ikb2.ru.
